Product: HP Pavilion 590-p0103wb

I'm wanting to "upgrade" my regular montior that came with our desktop computer.

But, I'm wondering which / if any TOUCHSCREEN monitor's are compatible with my HP Pavilion 590-p0103wb desktop computer.

I mostly purchased this computer for my special needs 5 year old son to use.

But... unfortunately he can't use the mouse AT ALL. He just doesn't understand it and can't get the hang of it. And he'll keep trying to just touch the screen instead. [Since touchscreen pc's are his only experience before] Which obviously causes him to get VERY frustrated and upset.

I'm thinking this is the best route for me to take.

So, any information and recommendations would be SO helpful & appreciated!
