Hello,

 

I understand this is a community form but i was hoping someone would be able to assist me. I have an M.2 drive that is in warranty however the website will not take the S/N as it says its invalid (I am scanning it directly from the barcode). As a result I am completely unable to access support options let alone get in contact with absolutely anyone. Does anyone by chance know a way to get in contact with someone at HP who could help me resolve my issue and get this drive RMAd? I would really like to get this M.2 drive replaced as it is non functional.
