Example: all in one pc 22-c0010
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

New computer out of the box. Screen is cracked from inside. Unpacked it a few days ago to install it in the office. Requested  replacement. Hp. Cust. Support denied request. Denied supervisor contact. Denied their id. Only the name: GYANTA. Told me that tomorrow I should get a supervisor call me. Case n.[edit]. Cant express enough my frustration level with this kind of companies.
