Warranty Support for HP SSD EX900 M.2 250GB

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all - The drive produced errors, then refused to format or remove EFI/GPT partitions using multiple utilities including GParted in a pre-boot environment. When I try to check the warranty status the serial number results return, "Sorry, no results match your search for <serial number removed per guidelines>".

 

Does anyone have any ideas on how to proceed? I hate to just throw it away as it should still be under warranty.
