Warranty

HP 24m 23.8-inch Display

Hello I have done 4 chats with hp support about my warranty and they all said I’d get a email and they will send me another monitor and I just send the one that doesn’t work back and I haven’t gotten anything, my warranty has now ended so I can’t even start a chat with HP support, I don’t know what to do anymore, Please help.
