Old webcam stopped working so I have bought another one (AMD) which has a USB connection and an audio jack connection. Both plugged in but the HP isn't recognising the audio as being plugged in so I'm not hearing/receiving any sound. Headphone socket works fine (tested it with a pair of headphones). Updating driver doesn't do anything. Can't change the sound settings in the control panel etc or in MS Teams as the pc isn't acknowledging its existence! (Camera works fine, just no audio).
Is there some secret audio socket that I haven't spotted??
