Webcam stuck in ENVY 34 curved display

ENVY 34 curved display

I have a ENVY 34 curved display (just monitor not all-in-one PC).  There is a pop-open webcam at the top. But now it is stuck inside the housing.  Can someone tell me how it can be repaired?  Thanks a lot.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, this sounds like hardware related issue with the webcam as it got stuck inside the component.
