What does the orange light on back of unit indicate. It constantly blinks

Hi

Would that be on an Ethernet/Network Cable connector?

 

If so, then I suggest it is just normal.

It is right next to it. I suspected it was related to the connection. What does it indicate? It produces a click on my surge suppressor
