Product: HP Pavilion HPE h8-1223l
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Plug in the GTX 1060 6GB graphics card and the motherboard has 1 long and 2 short beeps.If plugging in the old graphics card (GTX 650), turn it on and run Windows 10 normally.

Hi

In theory only old graphics cards
AMD Radeon HD 6xxx cards, or a Nvidia GT (X) 6xx card
can be used
on condition of having the required power supply for the chosen model

You have a non uefi system and you cannot change this
So you need a non uefi graphics card
