HP Recommended

I want to find a new GPU that can fit in my computer and run smoothly, but if there are no GPU's that I can upgrade to within 180 watts, please recommend a new PSU to go along with the GPU.

Here are my current specs:

Intel Core i7-10700 CPU

64 GB RAM

Intel UHD graphics 360 (my bad GPU)

Gold 180-watt power supply

Please help, because I am desperate to get more than 10 fps on Kerbel space program 2.

ps: I don't know what my total power consumption is, and if there is a easy way to find that out, do tell.

I forgot to add something, I also have a sceptre F24 1920x1080 (59.96 Hz) Monitor
