An HP 82B4 motherboard as fitted in an HP ProDesk 600 G3 SFF, has a stock 180-watt power supply.
With this power supply, you are limited to power a 35-watt TDP graphics card such as a GT 1030. And on a good day, a 45-watt TDP graphics card such as a Quadro K620 will also work.
Unfortunately, there are no power supply upgrades available for your desktop.
