It works fine its just i need more firepower or better integrated graphics or something

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

 

The supported 2nd generation Intel core processors can be found in chapter 1.

 

Looks like the best you can go to would be the  Intel® Core™ i7-2620M processor.
