Product: HP Pavilion 23-p100 All-in-One

My product is an HP Pavilion 23-p100 All-in-One. My family bought this computer about 5 years ago. A few months after the 1 year warranty was up our hard drive broke. You could hear something rattling inside. We took it to Best Buy and they weren’t able to fix it or replace it. My family and I stopped trying and just left it there for a few years until now. I looked on the HP parts store and put my serial number and product number and it says there is no drive for my computer. Now I don’t know where to look or where I can fix my computer. Please help!!

Heads up OG,  that series all had 1TB 3.5" hard drives with WIN 8.1 installed.
