Hi there
I have an HP Envy 27 B170na and I am looking to replace the SSD that is in the unit. The specifications of the PC show that there is an M.2 SSD 128GB drive in there, see https://support.hp.com/emea_middle_east-en/product/hp-envy-27-b100-all-in-one-desktop-pc-series/1382...
However, I am aware that there are different variations of the M.2 interface with different slot arrangements on the edge of the connector.
The drive I am looking at is a Samsung Pro 960 M.2 SSD with a key slot of 'M'.
Does anyone know what the key slot is for the current install SSD and if the Samsung will fit in my HP machine?
Thanks for any help.
Regards
Paul

Hi,
The m.2 slot is for 2280 NVMe SSDs M keyed media. The Samsung Pro m.2 SSD NVMe model should work.
