I had to search the web and do a google tranlate. It this your model? Circa 2011 ?
You bought a $1000 USD Samsung monitor 49" 32:9 UHD gaming monitor, for what purpose?
It has a lowly I7-2600 CPU chip. The installed GT 545 is legacy BIOS. Max RAM is 16 GB.
STOP: I need you to confirm that your BIOS is either Legacy (BIOS) or EUFI. Test here.
If it is Legacy BIOS, you can forget any gaming above the capabilities of the GTX 660 card, which does have a resolution of 4096x2160, but - 3840x2160 at 30Hz

It is EUFI Bios. The test page just says "older"(!)
I don't need the new display for gaming, It is instead of having 2 screens on my desk.
I do some graphic work and video editing.
I try to put in a picture of bios settings..
BIOS
Brand AMI
Version 7.13

I did ask you to run the test. The language within the test is VERY important. There is no "older". Click to enlarge.
Here is mine under msinfo32
See, mine states BIOS mode UEFI
Based on your need, when you let me know the answer, I can suggest a 4GB AMD graphic card.
