Will NVMe take a SATA port away on 570-p035t PC?

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The lubin motherboard has only two SATA ports.  If I add an NVMe SSD, will that take the place of one of the SATA ports???

No!  The NVMe (Non-Volatile Memory Express) uses PCI Express (PCIe) to transfer data.  It will not affect your SATA ports.
