I have a program that won't accept my current Graphic card, the GeoForce FTX1600 Super; the program says it can use either an NVidia GeoForce RTX 30 Series card or am AMD Radeon RX6800. Can my computer accomodate either of these

Here is a HP Knowledge Base article that will explain what to consider when adding or upgrading a video card. The two major concerns are the length of the card and the power required to run it properly.
The PSU in your computer is 400W. If you have to upgrade it, the motherboard in your computer is HP proprietary. It has a 4-pin power connector instead of a standard 24-pin ATX power connector. You will have to buy any PSU upgrade from HP. The most powerful PSU that HP sells is 500W (L05757-800). The RX6800 requires a minimum of 650W to operate properly. You can check the manufacturer's website for the power requirements of the RTX30 series.
