The RTX 5080 Inspire 3X OC has a declared length of 288 mm

RTX 5080 GAMING TRIO OC 338 mm

I would like the Gaming Trio, but will it be too big?

 

And I think that the be quiet! Pure Power 12 M 1000W will be suitable and compatible with the motherboard?

According to an HP Team response: "The maximum compatible GPU length is 330mm" for HP Omen 35L cases.

 

My penny's worth: maybe 335mm depending on your model -you'll have to get your (plastic) ruler out and make some measurements yourself.  But if I were you, I would pick a card that is well less of the max size, such as the MSI RTX 5080 Inspire model (288 mm length) you referenced.

 

And yes, the Pure Power 12 M 1000 W is a very good choice for your PC.
