Hello, I was thinking about purchasing an Intel Xeon E5-2697 V2 CPU for my Hp Compaq 8200 Elite SFF PC and I was wondering if it would work with my computer. As in, is it compatible as most cpus don’t work with this pc.

Please see this discussion...those are the only CPU's that will work in an HP 8200 Elite:

Since the Intel Xeon E5-2697 V2 processor is a member of the Intel Ivy Bridge processor family, it has no chance of working.
