Yes, you bought a smaller-sized (two fan) RTX 2060 -and this card requires a 500-watt power supply, and as the Amazon specs confirms:

I installed card and new power supply. I turn on and fans work but I am getting a blank screen. No input source. I uninstall card and restart, it works. What is the problem?

Did you plug in the 8-pin  PCIe power cable and hooked up your monitor to the graphics card?
