@Dtrent , welcome to the forum.

 

According to the information that I have found, your monitor was released between 2006 and 2010.  This means that HP will not be supplying Windows 10 software and drivers for it.  Here is a guide that explains it: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-value-27-inch-displays/3989902/model/3989903/document/c03785...
