Product: HP ENVY X2 PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

I have a HP ENVY X2 PC It had windows 8 operating system then I installed windows 10 in it when it restarted it goes to the normal screen to type in my password but then immediately shuts itself off. It would let me click on the wifi symbol but wouldn't connect. It doesn't have time to do anything before it shuts itself down. Amy help is appreciated and I'd like to add that I am ver very computer illiterate! Thank you!

Hi

Can I suggest the most basic of levels   SAFE MODE    and if that works we can try and proceed from there.

 

How did you actually change from W8 to W10?
