Wireless Mouse and Keyboard kit 200 Series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, everyone.

Wireless Keyboard I have a wireless kit, composed by a Keyboard ( HSA-D01K) and mouse (HSA-D01M) and they constantly loses the connection with the Dongle. After several tries I was able to reconnect the Keyboard by pressing the Connect button under the keyboard, but the mouse doesn't have the button in question, only a On-Off switch.

I need the keyboard and the mouse to be connected on a single dongle, specially, because I need the Brazilian character "Ç".

How can I reconnect my Mouse to the dongle? Are there any alternatives? Can I reconnect the keyboard to a different dongle of a G66 wireless 2.4ghz mouse?
