Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello. I bought a HP Pavilion 27-ca1235nd - 27" - All-in-one PC. I have enabled the wireless charging option in the monitor menu. However, if I put my phone on the monitor base, the phone will not charge. Does the HP Pavilion 27-ca1235nd - 27" - All-in-one PC have wireless charging? At support.hp.com they list that wireless charging is possible for HP 27-ca1xxx

Remove any protective case from phone and slide around until you find the sweet spot that works.  Put the case back on and see if it still works.

 

My GF likes pop-socket on her iPhone and the wi-fi charger has to have a hole for the pop-socket to fit before it will charge.  It would be nice if HP designed the monitor base with a hole for the pop-socket.  Even if you do not use those attachments at least you know where to place the phone.

Thanks for the answer and the tip. I slid the phone around very slowly without the case but unfortunately nothing happened.
