Product: HP elite 8300 AIO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Now freaking unusable after attempt to upgrade ram? Crazy. Nothing wrong  just want it fast replaced from 2x4g to 2x8g but now even putting back old sticks won't start. No answer or help or reason why it would not work again. Freak hate HP.

Regardless of the power-on state, voltage is always supplied to the memory modules as long as the computer is plugged in to an active AC outlet. Adding or removing memory modules while voltage is present may cause irreparable damage to the memory modules or system board.
