I replaced the two stock 8GB with two 16GB 5200 MT/s DDR5 Kingston Beast Fury (Intel XMP version). However I feel 32GB is still a bit low for what I do, so I'm on the edge on just buying two more to fill up all four dimm slots. I'm just worried that four 16gb DDR5 5200 MT/s would cause issues or not.

I wouldn't use the Beast part number  series for compatibility reasons.

Those are for DIY builds with enthusiast motherboards.

I suggest Kingston Memory, but a different part number that is guaranteed compatible with your desktop PC.

I already have 2 Fury Beast installed and everything has been fine, so would adding two more cause issues? Also the stock ram was two 8gb Fury Beasts.
