antivrius UNDOWNLOAD/ UNISTALL!!

okay so the antivirus thing you guys have on the laptops/update is not letting me download anything such as chrome. And I don't really see why you guys would have it like that if it runs the same way. I've used chrome for years and never had any issues also all my data is located on there so it would be greatly appreciated if you can tell me how to take off the antivirus cause there's also other things I would like to download.  and put on to this laptop, the whole ideal of me getting a laptop was so I could use it for editing on aftereffects and I can't even do that because the laptop won't let me download anything so, please if there a way you guys can help me that would be nice. All the tutorials and everything I've looked at today has not helped me in the slightest way which is sad because the laptops really nice and I don't want to return it to get another one that doesn't have the antivirus without asking you.

HP PCs ship with McAfee Livesafe. McAfee integrates into Chrome.

I have used McAfee together with Chrome and Firefox with zero problems.

You have a different problem that cannot be solved using the information provided.

Uninstall McAfee in Apps or Control Panel. Instructions at this Link.

Try W11 integrated Windows Security or other Anti- Virus/Security software from various vendors (Trend Micro, Bit Defender, Symantec, or ESET and others).
