bios not picking up new ssd drive

Product: hp 6200pro sff
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

cant  get samsung  870gvo to show up on bios. It shoes up on device manager but not on this pc devices and drives.

Weird. If it shows-up in Device Manager, it should show up in the BIOS SETUP.

 

Is it "brand-new" ? If so, hold-down the "Windows" key on the keyboard, tap an "R", and release both keys.

Type diskmgmt.msc and press Enter.

You may need to select and "initialize" the device, and "quick-format" the device, and assign a drive-letter, before File Manager can show it.
