I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in this regard.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

I have already tried to do as you described. The device with the given serial and serial number cannot be found. The proposed devices do not have it.
The representative of the store where you bought this product said that this ssd is an accessory, how can this be?

 

Ранее уже пытался сделать, как вы описали. Устройство с данными серийным и порядковым номером не находит. В предлагаемых устройствах его нет.
Представитель магазина в котором купил данный товар, сказал что данный ssd это аксессуар, как такое может быть?
