I am very grateful for your reply, it was very helpful. thank you. With no disrespect for your advice, I am very frustrated with hp! Yes having a community of hp users is very good, but it does not mean a company the size of hp could shirk their responsibilities to their customers by passing the buck to this community. why is it so hard to email directly to hp to get an answer? there are so many telephone numbers on their website that are completely useless, and the virtual assistant can't even answer a simple question as how much ram a particular pc can support, it can't even recognise this product number; TG02-2001HK. It seems that the hp website says their victus CORE I7 GAMING DESKTOP PC TG02-2001HK can only supports 32gb of ddr4 ram whilst the experts say that it can support max of 64gb ddr4 ram. why the contradictions? I see this question on several sites already, but not one direct reply from hp.
<span;>Please can someone give me a direct email to hp so that I can respectfully reflect to them the utter frustration I am feeling. I have spent hours trying to contact them. God forbid if I am trying to get technical support from them!
<span;>Thanks again for your reply, sorry to rant like this, but this has been a really frustrating experience, and I can't even complain to hp directly, if hp are so scared of people complaining, then just don't give people a reason to.
