can windows 10 be installed on PC with nvisa geforce 6150 se nforce 430 ?

Hi:

 

You should be able to but you will have to manually install the W8 graphics driver from the nvidia driver page for the 6150.

 

Here is how you may still be able to get the free upgrade to W10 from W7.

I would not pay to install W10 on such an old chipset.  There may be other devices that won't work.
