Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One PC 27-ca0000a (3A1J3AV)

Can anyone recommend an external usb cd drive for a PC27-ca00003a preferably HP but other makes considered.

I recommend the slimline "Pioneer BDR" slot type

It also supports MAC OS.I have this one but had to buy a longer cable due to space on my desktop

 

Mini-CDs cannot be used by slot devices.   You might want a pop-open instead

Pioneer provides firmware updates for a lot of their CD/DVD/BD devices
