Hi! I am wondering if the motherboard to this computer will support the new generation of amd cpus, such as the amd ryzen 5 5600x?

yes, and it that case would those 3 processors be the only ones that were supported or are they only the suggested ones?

And also does the case supports all kinds of mAtx motherboards or are HPs motherboards custommades for the case?

This is what is actually tested / approved You could possibly install a processor of the same generation, but for the one requested, more risk that it will not work I think. Replacing the motherboard could be very complicated!
