Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 

 

Before i work on replacing the cable, I just wanted to be sure this made sense.  The unit is nine years old and may have reached eol, as i do not want to put too much time or work into something that age.

What is the Product Number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. You can find the Product Number at the bottom of the page when you open HP Support Assistant.  Also, I am not certain which cable you want to replace.
