HP SimpleSave backup software is not downloadable in the traditional sense. It's designed to run directly from the SimpleSave drive itself. The software was pre-installed on the SimpleSave external hard drive and didn't require a separate installation on your computer. Here's what you need to do:

Connect your SimpleSave drive: Plug your SimpleSave external hard drive into your computer.

Access the software: Your computer should recognize the drive and the SimpleSave software should automatically launch or be accessible within the drive's folder.

Run from the drive: The backup software runs directly from the SimpleSave drive and does not need to be installed on your computer.
