electricity switched off during installation Bios Updating and now my PC doesn't start beeping

HP Pavilion Desktop - 570-p040nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was restarting My PC desktop as asked by the system to complete BIOS Upgrading installation. Unfortunately the elecricity switched off and now I can't start my PC.

It is unable to charge Windows10 and to start. The monitor remain switched off and the computer beeps.

At every start I can hear 8 long beeps. After they completed I can hear 5 series of 2 long low beeps and 2 short high beeps.

I've tried to put a USB Flash recovery BIOS but it doesn't start with sequence of "Windows" and "B" keys. It seems just like there's nothing to do...

Help me please-

Thank you
