In another forum someone has suggested me to buy GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1650 OC 4G (https://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B07QPVNL74/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?smid=A3KV3UONPZ16VH&psc=1). The windforge model required the 6 pin extra power but not this one.

well as someone said above.... the mobo can handle the 75w... so yeah it might work....

i just was afraid for 2 fans.... though sure is better 2 than 1 better cooling but i have no problems yet..

since i manually add more power to fans... work above 50c to 60% it might be better the gigabyte is just that it has 2 fans....

since no 6pin needed it might work... you might be able to arrange this with the store you buy.... i buy this if not work can i buy msi? something like this....

Both GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1650 MINI ITX OC 4G  Single Fan (https://www.amazon.it/dp/B07QMT988F) and GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1650 OC 4G (https://www.amazon.it/dp/B07QMT988F) don't required extra power line.

On GigaByte site I only found the power requirement, both 300 W, but there is no specification of the max power required by the PCIE.

EDIT: Here they say 75 W https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/gigabyte-gtx-1650-oc.b6920

Ok, I've received the graphic card.

It works fine and I can confirm it doen't require extra power.

Thanks Paul and all for your uselful tips and insights to this.

I have recently bought a HP 8300 CMT (not SFF) to use as a low budget, light gaming PC.

At the same time I purchased a Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1050Ti (OC edition) used graphics card as I understood they were compatible. I don't need VR or any super high graphics detail, the games I would like to play Sniper Elite 4 and Mafia 3.

The card is installed in the black video card slot.

The PC works but every so often the PC crashes! Normally under a little bit of load, mid game when you press a few button together, it pauses then the screen goes blank and the computer restarts.

I realise I'm probably asking a bit much for this machine, but seeing this thread and others around, it seems it should be possible but I may have something set up wrong?

It also frequently does the same thing when opening or using Chrome.

Power supply cable, this is one item i'm not 100% sure i have done right. The graphics card has a 6 pin power port, I purchased a SATA 15 Pin Power to 6 Pin cable, I plugged this into the cable adaptor coming out the back of the CD drive. I'm probably connecting this to the wrong cable, happy to hear a solution if so.

My specs are below, I'm not a tech whizz, (I know enough to be dangerous!) but I like to dabble and experiment.

Sorry for the really long post!

Thanks again for your help 😁
