Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade my graphics card to the NVIDIA TITAN X on my Z820 machine. I've found online that it is compatible to do so.

The problem I'm facing regards not having enough 8-pin PCI express power plugs from the system power supply. I only have spare 6-pin. I assume it is not possible to use a 6-pin to 8-pin adaptor? The 8-pin available in the machine is already beeing used so I was wondering how/if possible to install an extra 8-pin cable to feed the new card? If so, how can I do it?

Thanks,

mcamara
