My computer was in storage for a long time and no one knows the email or password to even login in I want to factory reset it and just make it brand spanking new ish help please

For Windows 7, please search for C01833512 on HP's home page or Google it. The title of the document is: "HP PCs - Managing User Accounts and Logins (Windows 7)".

 

For Windows 8, please search for C03596656 on HP's home page or Google it. The title of the document is: "HP PCs - Managing User Accounts and Logins (Windows 8)".
