Microsoft Windows 11

So I rebooted my laptop and a error message appeared saying there was something wrong with the fan and it was going to shut off in 15 seconds. And I did the whole diagnostics UEFI thing and it said the fan was only running at 33% but it sounds like the fan is trying to run a marathon. So do I need a new fan all together and just replace it or is it the laptop telling it to go full speed because there's something wrong with the laptop it's self? Also I recently realized this so I'm not sure when it fist started happening, I do know its been like this for a few days now.
