Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

they first screen I got when openning my computer this is www.hp.com/go/teachcenter/startup 

when i go to the internet and the website does not come up.

internet links come and go over time, and while major oem's try to keep links they can sometimes go down or are changed or removed compleatly.

 

you have no problems, simply delete/do not try to use that link

 

use this link in it's place
