hello 

is it possible  to the   quieter the fan on  my computer has its on  from 8am till 10pm and sound is getting to me can you help please.

if PC not packed in lint , clean it , all vents all fans and all heat sinks.

the fan is there to keep the PC cool, and if defeated a PC will overheat and not last long,heat wrecks all electronics.
The fan is only doing its job, that is its #1 job to prevent damage.

• turn down the room thermostat for cooler room and PC
• keep cloth or other objects away from rear vents of any PC.
• buy a real silent PC , aka, fan less. or sell yours to a  tone deaf viet-nam boomer like me😎
• keep PC clean. inside and out., all vents clear per above.
• wear head phones ?  , even to PC,
• set up PC as  a dead head using Anydesk  from other quiet PC? (say a notepad + anydesk to your noisy pc)
