Product: hp envy desktop- model # h8-1437c

My computer started making fan noises. I took it apart and found the graphics card had a noisy fan. It had no numbers on it. I found similar fans online, but the triangular set holes don't measure up right. I measured 30 MM from the three holes- but found the online ones to be 37MM.
