I bought the computer new in 2017 and when the hard drive crashed I was going to replace it and there is a 2008 Hard drive?  why?  Fraud ?

My hard drive crashed.  The hard drive is a 2008 hard drive and I bought the computer new at walmart in 2017 why does it have an old hard drive
