hello , s'il vous plait j'ai un souci de démarrage avec mon HP probook

Lorsque je branche l'alimentation un voyant led blanc s'allume sur les touches power et cap lock puis s'éteint de nouveaux  et se rallume après pratiquement 30 seconde et se rééteint ,  la machine ne démarre pas du tout 

autre voyant LED a cote de la machine celle sous forme de bouton on s'allume puis celle en forme de foudre clignote en intermittence entre le rouge(4 fois) et le blanc (5 fois) puis les deux voyants s'éteignent . Quel peut être le problème s'il vous plait?

When I plug in the power supply a white LED light comes on on the power and cap lock keys then goes out again and comes back on after almost 30 seconds and goes out again, the machine does not start at all 

another LED light next to the machine, the one in the form of a button, turns on, then the one in the form of lightning flashes intermittently between red (4 times) and white (5 times) then the two lights go out. What could be the problem please?
