hp all in one pc 20

hi i  recently brought an hp all in one desktop , i have only used about 5 times , upon going to use it lately its like my keyboard gets possessed. Its like someone is holding down the 0 key ( no one is and its definately not stuck) theres also times where certain keys wont work at all. I have no idea why this is happening , like i said its basically been unused

Welcome to HP Support Community

I would like to help

Please run a Keyboard Test from F2 Diagnostic and let me know how it goes

- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the Desktop.

- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.

- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.

- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Keyboard

Thank you
