HP Z4 G5 Workstation Desktop PC RCTO Base Model
We have HP Z4 G5 workstation. we connected it an ASUS HYPER M.2 X16 CARD (on PCIe slot 5 gen 4 X 16.) in order to get higher read/write speed.
We are using 4 Firecuda 520 nvme SSDs. Each SSD (Firecuda 520) separately support read/write rate of 4850 MB/s

we defined RAID0  (virtual Raid) and indeed we see one storage drive of 8TB.
We defined the Bifurcation (on BIOS) to 4X4X4X4.

OS - Linux ubuntu 20.04.

We expect that if we connect 4 SSDs parallelly, we will get 4 times higher rate. We have tested the SSD read/write speed by KDiskMark.

We got that the read rate was indeed very high (~16GB/s) but the writing rate remained low, approximately as low as single SSD~4.6GB/s. (we tested a single Baracuda 530 SSD).

The test results are attached.

Does our expectetion is reasonable? Can we get an higher data speed (using RAID) than a single SSD card (i.e, gretaer than 4.5GB/Sec), or not (and a single SSD card write speed is the bottleneck)?
