how do I get warranty again for my desktop computer; it says "out of warranty" but when I try to enter, it says my incomplete
serial number, not correct one,and then I can't go on.

It is quite difficult to understand some of what you have written.
Please rephrase it.
It appears that you have an HP printer with Windows 10 installed, according to what you have supplied as information.
That would not be possible.
How about identifying your HP PC with its System SKU instead?
You can boot to Windows and in the search box, type in MS and then click on the system information app that appears above.
In the list that appears, look for the System SKU.
Write it down and include it in your next reply to your thread to correctly identify your HP PC.
As long as the time since the warranty expired has not exceeded 30 days, you can still purchase an extended warranty.
