Example: hp 24-dp014
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Why is the hp 24-dp014 manufacturer discontinued when it is a 2021 model?

@Larrymo -- is this your computer:  HP All-in-One 24-dp0124 PC Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support

It seems quite recent (using DDR4 RAM, not older-generation DDR3).

Still, "why" is still a question that only an HP spokesperson can answer.

Maybe, could it not be compatible with Windows 11 ?

@Larrymo -- it still is being sold: HP 24" Touch-Screen All-In-One AMD Ryzen 5-Series 12GB Memory 256GB SSD Natural Silver 24-DP0014 - B...

as the "DP0014", not the "DP014".

This is a discussion forum, not a path to any official spokesperson for HP who would answer any "why" type of question.

Sorry I meant the hp 24-dp0124 has been discontinued.  Still can buy it at say a Best Buy but HP no longer sells it

I was looking at purchasing it until I found out it was no longer on HP site.  One of the rumors I heard had to do with getting the AMD Ryzer 5 processor due to the pandemic and HP made the decision to cancel models using it.

Thanks for your help
