Product: hp elitedesk 705 G4 case

Hello friends, what are these ribbons in the hp elitedesk 705 G4 case that I have marked in the picture?

Are they important?

What happens if they break?

One of them accidentally broke, and I glued it back together.

it does not matter if it breaks, these tapes are not sold as they are incorporated in the casing.

They are tapes that prevent noise in the areas where there is friction between two metal plates,

So, really, if they break, it doesn't matter? Do you have a picture of these ribbons yourself? I have never seen them before
